Elect Will Crocker to:

Barnstable hasn't examined whether its form of government best serves the town since 1990. As Town Councilor, Will would revisit how we govern ourselves with a Charter Review Commission - involving the public in every step of the process.

Launch a Town Charter Review Commission

Barnstable has already done its fair share when it comes to the state's wind power goals. The Town needs to ensure that host agreements put the necessary requirements and expectations on developers to protect our residents’ health, safety, and ability to enjoy our beaches. Additionally, Will is not in favor of any new cable landings in the Town of Barnstable.

A vibrant and safe downtown is a key driver of our economic success. While we need to continue to address blight and drive investment, recent downtown zoning changes must respect the character of our historic community. Will is committed to working with the Planning Board to revisit downtown zoning to ensure new construction is right-sized for our community.

Will Crocker will push the Council do everything in the town's power to protect our water supply.  From industrial construction to wastewater management,  Will understands the due diligence we should demand of our Town Council and has the connections at the state and local levels to engage in the process.

Protect our Water and Environment

Massive, fixed-rent buildings are not a long term solution to bringing and keeping families here on the Cape. Our policies should encourage single-family construction that creates pathways to affordable home ownership.
